Thank you for your interest in submitting your aquatic facility to our 2024 Aquatic Design Portfolio. Please take a moment to review the submission guidelines prior to starting your entry. Once you are ready to submit, please complete the below form in full. 

To be eligible for submission all projects must have been completed between January 1, 2020 and September 1, 2023. 

What's Needed for a Submission:

• Enter the basic details about your project (name, location, square footage, cost, lead architect, aquatics consultant)
• Include a 200-word description of your project's goals and resulting facility
• List project suppliers (please be thorough; the editors reserve the right to withhold entries we deem incomplete)
• Upload three high-res images of your facility

Note: There is no fee to enter the 2024 Aquatic Design Portfolio

• Information about the submitter (contact info, role in the project etc.) 
• Information about the project (type of project, client, location, cost, size)
• Detailed description of the project 
• At least 3 high-res images (300 dpi) of the project   
• A list of suppliers involved

Please be sure to have all of your materials ready before you begin the process, as you will not be able to save your work and come back to it later. Once you've completed your submission, your amazing facility will get a full page in the January/February print issue of Athletic Business magazine and be featured online in our digital gallery of this year's submissions. The number of projects included in this year's issue may be limited, so get your projects submitted early! ​
